From the intersection of the north line of the north 100 feet of the south 1700 feet
of .Government Lot 1 in the north half of Section 23, Township 34 S., Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, and the west right-of-way line of State Road AlA, run
South 89 degrees, 49 minutes West along the north line of the said north 100 feet of
the south 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, 950 feet to the point of beginning of the
lands herein described: from said point_of beginning, run South 89 degrees, 49
minutes West, along the aforesaid north line of the north 100 feet of the south 1700
feet of Government Lot 1, 100 feet; thence South 0 degrees, 11 minutes East, 80
feet; thence north 89 degrees, 49 minutes East, 100 feet; thence Forth 0 degrees,
' 11 minutes West, 80 feet to the point of beginning. Said property being lrnown as
'Tract K" on preliminary survey of property. Grantees herein are hereby granted an
easement for ingress and egress to the tract of land herein conveyed over and acr~,~s
that certain paved street r~mning West from AlA along the South 20 feet of the
north 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the N'-~ of Section
23-34-40; and an easement over and across the South 5 feet of that portion of the
North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the N~ of Section t
23-34-40 lying between the East right-of-hay line of State Road A1A and the Atlantic €
k Ocean for the purpose of the right of ingress and egress from AlA to the Atlantic 's
