by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 22nd day of February A.D., 19 78 , and recorded
in the office of the park of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St . LUCi e
State of Florida, in 0. R. book 282 Page 1023 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises theroin particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100----

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the pram- -
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable ooruideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
HUTCHiNSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:

Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 29F, pages 1438 thru 1510, as amended by Certificate of Amend-
ment dated 5/21/79 filed 5/24/79 recorded in O.R.-Book 309, page
1149 thru 1173, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the soma, with appurtenances, unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
and assigns forever, fn~ed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dminish the effect,
lein or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefroirf, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
