claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, 13y-Laws and Ueclaration
of Covenants and Restrictirnts of the Property Owner's Assoriation; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination o[ said llecliratit•n, ir_s
Exhibits, and budget, salea brochure and floor plan. and acknowleclres that each and i
- -every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
- 'meet of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescrihed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by ^ach and every provision of said Ueclar-
anon of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Curcha.er hereby ratifies and
confirms Ind approves all of the terms and provisions of said declaration of Cando-
mini.um and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the '
Property Owner's Association documents refcr.red to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and e~luitable, and sai-1 Purchaser ackn~wl:edges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions oC the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon tl:e Condominium parcel being conveyed t~
Purchaser, as security for hi.s obligations under the said declaration of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
