The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto; 4.) The Articles of
Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean
Village Property Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, the ;
provisions of which documents run with the land. The Grantee (s) assumes the obli-
gations of a member of said Property Owners' Association.
