NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
Pursuant to Section 713.13 Florida Statutes, the undersigned
gives notice of the following:
.Within 30 days from the recordation of this Notice, improvements
generally described as:
ONE-STORY, SINGLE-FAMILY MASONRY DWELLING
will .be commenced an the real property in St. Lucie County, ,
Florida, legally described as:
Lots 71 and 72, Phase I, HOLIDAY PINES
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 18, Pages 16 and 16A through
16D, Public Records of St. LUcie County,
Florida.

This property is owned by LAUREL BUILDERS, INC.
whose address is P. O. Box 789, Fern Park, Florida 32730
The owner's interest in the site of the improvement is fee simple.
The name and address of the contractor is: above-named owner will
also be general contractor and will enter into contracts with others
from time to time for improving said property, the names and addresses
of ~~hom are not known at this time.
The name and address of the surety on the payment bond, if any, and
the amount of said bond is: none.

` person upon whom all notices and other documents relating to Florida's
