This cause came on for hearing at this term on the Motion of
1NDUSTRIAL LEASING CORPORATION, Plaintiff in the above-entitled
cause, for a Judgment, pursuant to Rule 1.500 Florida Rules of
Civil Procedure, and it appearing to the Court that the verified
Complaint in the above cause was filed in -this Court on the 6th
day of March, 1979, and that the Summons and Complaint were duly
served on the Defendant, LYNDON ELLIS KINNEY, JR., on the 20th day
of March, 1979, and that no Answer or other defense has been served
or filed by the said Defendant, and that a Default was entered
against said Defendant on the 12th day of April, 1979, in the office
of the Clerk of this Court, and that no proceedings have been taken
E by the said Defendant since said Default was entered, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, LYNDON ELLIS, KINNEY, JR.,
E is liable to the Plaintiff for the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred
Fifteen and 96/1.00 Dollars ($2,315.96), said amount being owed to
Plaintiff at the time of filing this Complaint plus costs of Thirty
and 50/100 Dollars ($30.50), and reasonable attorney's fees o~f~~
