PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse at the time of decedent's death. Her name and
address are as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of
her attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ROBBY U. ROSEN, whose last known address was
Route 4, Box 125, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was 79 years, and
whose Social Security Number was 076-10-0427, died on December 4,
1977, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
