ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of ANNA ROSEN for Summary Administration of
the Estate of ROBBY U. ROSEN, deceased, the Court finding that the
decedent died on the 4th day of December, 1977; that all interested
persons have joined in the Petition and have consented to the entry
of this Order; that the material allegations of the Petition are true;
and that an Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
'To ANNA ROSEN, Route 4, Box 125, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450:
An undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest in the following
described real property located in St. Lucie County,
' Florida:

E Lots 3 and 18, Block 1, CHAMBERLAIN SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 5, page 27, of the Public Records of St.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of
the decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be .entitled
to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right. And it is further .

holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and
