PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse at the time of decedent's death. Her name and
address are as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of
her attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, FREDRICK WILLIAM-HANSEN, whose last known
address was 5207 Melville Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was

58 years, and whose Social Security Number was 263-26-0026, died on
March 18, 1966, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So-far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,- and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
LILY HANSEN JACKSON, surviving spouse, over 18 years of
