6. The decedent has been dead for more than three (3) years
and the value of the entire Estate subject to administration in this
State does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be dis-
tributed as follows:

9. Petitioner files herewith Waivers, Joinders and Consents
by the decedent's heirs at law.
10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in .
this Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth above.
