PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
Estate alleges:
1. The decedent", GEORGIA MAE CURRY, a resident of Saint
Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on September 7, 1977,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
March 2, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts aid disbursements since the "
commencement of administration of this Estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate and there
~ are~no funds in the Estate in which to pay the claims presented

herein.

4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court `
evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes, if a.*~y.
5. That there are no assets in the Estate to be distributed
other than 85.00 located in the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County and
which said amount is the personal money used by the Personal
Representative to open said account.
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
and their respective addresses are:
