1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property, which I

Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows, as tenancy by the entirety

Lot No. 680, Section II in that certain Condominium known as
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as
shown by the Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat
j ~ Book 16, Page 1:1A through 1J.
Lot No. 1186, Section II in that certain Condominium known as
g I OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as
shown by the Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book
16, Page 1:1A through 1J.

2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary to sell the
~ property described above for the following reason: Contracts for Sale were
~ signed before ward became incompetent.
` 3. Petitioner desires to sell Lot No. 68C to FRED H. HOLLEBEEK
and DOROTHY L. HOLLEBEEK for $ 18, OOO.OC; and Lot No. 1186 to

ROGER F. PAULSON and MILDRED B. PAULSON for $32, 600.00.
