On the Petition of the guardian of the property of the above incompetent
for an Order Authorizing the guardian to sell certain property of his ward,
the court having examined the file in this proceeding and having considered
the evidence presented; and it appearing to the Court that it is in the best
interest of the ward for the property to be sold; and the Court being other-
wise fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the following described '
property belonging to this ward:
Lot No. 680, Section II in that certain Condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES LSLAND,
as shown by the Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
