PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING

The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Anna J. Engle Vance, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 19th day of Decem-
ber, 1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on March 29, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
'j and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision s
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
~ 4. The amounts of compensation either paid•or to be

paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants, s
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-

tative are:

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of

Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioners has made or proposes to make distribu-
tion of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule
of distribution attached as Exhibit A.
