ORDER ACCEPTING RESIGNATION
OF GUARDIAN
It having come to the attention of the court that Jeanne Case aI~/a
Sally Case -
the duly qualified and acting guardian of the KellX Ann Brown of
Fort Pierce- Florida _ , incompetent, has filed resignation as such
guardian and petitioned for discharge; and the court being fully advised, it is
ADIUDGED that:
(a) Informal notice of the guardian's resignation shall be given to the following, by
mail: _ Kelly Ann Brown

j (b) The interests of the ward will not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's
resignation, which is hereby accepted.
(c) Petitioner shall be relieved of all further duties upon the appointment and
qualification of a successor guardian, but shall remain responsible for all duties as such guardian
until a successor guardian has been appointed and duly qualified.
(d) Acceptance of the resignation of the guardian shall not exonerate the guardian
or ~ surety from any liability previously incurred and they shall not be discharged until the
guardian has filed a true and correct account of Yler guardianship and delivered to the successor
guardian ail property of the ward, all records concerning the property of the ward or of the
uardianshi and all money due to the ward from the guardian; however, after all such

requirements have been fully complied with an order of discharge will be entered.
