GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 30th day of April 1979,
between GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES
CARUSO, a minor, party of the first part; and DONALD RAULERSON, whose
mailing address is Rte S - sox 931A-Fort Pierce, FI. Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
the 17th day of May 1979, and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE
LAND COMPANY'S "JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Sub-
division of SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 11,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as recorded
in Plat Book 10, at page 70, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

E TOGETHER with all-and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

property.
F TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders
of Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and
