GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 30th day of April 1979,

between GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES S ~
CARUSO, a minor, party of the first part; and BEDFORD F. FOSTER and titi

CAROL M. FOSTER, his wife, whose mailing address is 1905 South Eighth f
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part;

WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
the 17th day of _~y 1979, and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms to the party of the second-part, their heirs and assigns, the
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

Lot 2, Block 4, of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S
"JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at
page 70, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
i County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
arty of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things

preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders
of Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
