Part of Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, ST. LUCIE GARDENS S/D, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book
1, page 35, public records; lying and being situated in Section
26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida;
and being more particularly described as follows:
Start at a point 1260.00 feet Southeasterly of the intersection
of the Westerly line of Lot 8, Block 2, St. Lucie Gardens, according
to the Plat thereof as recoxded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in~Plat Book 1,
page 35, public records; lying and being situated in Section 26,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East St. Lucie County, Florida and the
Westerly right of way line of U.S. $1;
(1) Thence_continue Southeasterly along the Westerly right of _
way of said U.S. #1 for a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; .
(2) Thence run northwesterly along a line being at right angles
to the westerly line of Lot 10, a distance of 653.72 feet to a

(3) Thence run along a line northeasterly along the said Westerly
~ line of Lot 10 for a distance of 132.90 feet to a point;
(4) Thence run along a line southeasterly being at right angles to
the Westerly line of Lot 9 for a distance of 584.18 feet to the
Point or Place of Beginning.
