Baldwin, his wife - by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March A. D. 19 78 .and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Citruit Court is and for the County of St. Lucie State of Florida. in Official Record Book 283 Page 2807 ,granted and conveyed unto CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS -AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST.
