SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following:
1. The provisions of the Declaration, including all exhibits and
all rules, regulations, contracts and leases affecting the property
made by Island House Owners Association; the nonprofit corporation .
responsible for the operation of the condominium.
2. The easements provided for in the Declaration or its exhibits
or in the Condominium Act of the State of Florida, Chapter 711,
Florida Statutes,. 1971.
3. Restrictions, reservations and easements of public record.
4. Such zoning and other restrictions upon the use of the apartment
and upon all of the condominium property as may be imposed by Govern-
mental authorities having jurisdiction. _
5. Taxes for the current year.
