savings and loan association; .
That I was the last Chairman of the Board of Directors of
WASHINGTON FEDERAL. SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MIAMI BEACH, a Federally-
chartered savings and loan association;
That on and effective May 25, 1979 WASHINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MLAMI BEACH was converted to and succeeded by -
WASHINGTON SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA with the approval of
the Comptroller of the State of Florida
