Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared 1
FRANCES W. TAUSCH, an unmarried woman
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows: _
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described j
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 47 and 48 of HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION, being a part of the North
1/2 of North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 and the South 730 feet. of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all iir Section 21, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, lying between U.S. Highway No. 1 and State
Road No. 605, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 52, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom all rights f
of why for public roads.

2. Your Affiant was married to Paul H. Tausch
and together with such spouse acquired title to the above described
property, as an estate by the entirety: said estate having been
created by deed dated March 22, 1965 and recorded
March 29, 1965 in the Public Records of the County
wherein said lands are situate. Your Affiant and said spouse were
married to each other prior to the date of execution and delivery
of said deed and remained married to each other continuously until €
said spouse's death which occurred on the 30th day. of October
1976 per death certificate recorded in OR Book 294 at Page 1037,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
