BE IT Oi814D~1ID BY THE CTiY COr~MISSION OF ~ CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLARILIA:
SECTION I. The Territorial Limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
be and they are hereby extetxied to annex to said City the falYbwir~g described
land, to wit:
Lot 12, Less the South 10 Feet, Block 8, Sunrise Park No. 1, as
recorded in 0. R. Book 274, Page 348, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, 2405-501-0171.000/6
SECTION II. That the Tax Appmaiser of St. Lucie County and the Tax
Collector of St. Lucie County are directed to place upon and add to the
assessment roll, and to collect the ta~oes on the land described in Section I
hereof for the year-1980 and subsequent years, and to enter the same at such
valuation that it will bear an equal and just proportion of taxes for the
year 1980 and subsequent years thereto.
SECTIOdJ III. That the City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be
published once a-week far four consecutive weeks in The News Tribune in Fort
Pierce, Florida, and to post three oapies of this Ordinance in a ooa~spicuous
place in the City Hall in the City of Fart Pierce and~t2u+ee copies in a

conspicuous place on the tract of land hereinabove described, said posting to
be far four consecutive weeks .
SECTION IV. That upon this Ordinarx3e becoming effective the land
hereinabove described and annexed to the territorial limits of the City of Fort
Pierce shall be and the same is hereby zoned for R-2 land uses in acoordarx~

with the zoning ordin~vx;es of the City of Font Pierce, Florida.

SECTION V. All Ordinances ar parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
