AFFIDAVIT
Comes now Rosemary M. Grossman, being first duly
sworn upon her oath, deposes and says:
1. That she is a resident of the City of Indianapolis,
County of Marion, State of Indiana.
2. That her husband, Charles D. Grossman, Sr., .
died a resident of the City of Indianapolis, County of `s
Marion, State of Indiana, on the 24th day of December,
1978.
3. That the time of her husband's death, they were
the owners of real estate located in St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows,
to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 275, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWO,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, ~ag2 12A of the"Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That as such joint owner and tenant by the entirety

5. Affiant makes this Affidavit to induce the taxing

the title of this real estate from the joint names of Charles
D. Grossman, Sr., and Rosemary M. Grossman to Rosemary M.
