THIS CAUSE having came to be heard on the Petition `
of Margaret M. Martin, Personal Representative of the above
estate for an Order authorizing the sale of the following
described real property, being an asset of this estate, to
wit:
Lot 10, Block 250, PORT ST. LIICIE SECTIQrT 6,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 36D, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida t
pursuant to a Contract For Sale entered into between this Estate
and Jack L. Webb for a purchase price of $52,500.00, the details
of which are particularly set forth in said contract which
was attached to the said Petition filed herein, and it appearing
j to the Court that it would be in the best interests of the
i
Estate to se 11 the above-described asset of this Estate pursuant
`s, to the tenas of said contract, and it further appearing to
r the-Court that both heirs at law of the above decedent have
~ approved the above transaction, and the Court being otherwise
~ fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Margaret M. Martin, Personal

be and is hor~by authorized to sell and transfer the above-described
property to. Jack L. tiiebb pursuant to the terms and conditions
