THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment and the Court having reviewed
the pleadings and affidavits filed in this cause and being further
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Plaintiff, MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., is due four
