THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Judgment and the Court having reviewed the
pleadings and affidavits filed in this cause and being further advised
in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Plaintiff, MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., is due four
thousand one hundred and ninety-one. dollars and ninety-six cents

($4,191,96) as principal, one thousand five hundred and twenty-two
dollars and twenty-seven cents ($1,522.27) as interest to date of this
judgment, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for title search expense, four
hundred and twenty nine dollars and twenty cents ($429.20) for taxes,

and i~ for attorney's fees with one hundred and thirty-
six dollars and eighty cents ($136.80) Court costs now taxed, under-the ~
