ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Stipulations and admissions were made as follows:
(a) That Aetna Casualty and Surety Company issued a policy
of liability insurance to the City of Fort Pierce, and that Aetna Casualty
and Surety Company is a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the
State of Florida.
(b) That Detectives Ivey and Skovsgard were employees of
the City of Fort Pierce acting within the course and scope of their employ-

.went when Eugene J. Carter, Plaintiff herein, was arrested in the City of
Fort Pierce on June 22, 1977.
2. Evidence•

Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without objection except
as herein below reserved.
(a) Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 2 on his Pre-Trial Statement,
