ORDER ON PRB-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Stipulations and Admissions were made as follows:
(a) CALVIN LUCAS signed the request for group insurance, at-
tached as Exhibit A to Defendant's Amended Answer.
(b) The policy of insurance, a copy of which was attached to
Defendant's Request for Admissions served on February 13, 1979, is a true and
correct copy of the insurance policy in effect at the time of CALVIN L'JCAS'
death.
(c) That the premiums of policy number 897419MM were fully
paid and current at the time of the .death of CALVIN LUCAS as those premiums

applied to CALVIN LUCAS.

~ (d) That CALVIN LUCAS died on December 31, 1977.

(e) That the Defendant,. THE TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY, is

~ and was at all times material hereto authorized to issue policies of group
life insurance in the State of Plorida.
(f) That a policy of group life insurance existed between THE .
TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY and MARCAR ENTERPRISES at the time alleged in the
Complaint.
F 2. Evidence:
Documentary and other evidence listed and presented at the
Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without objection except
as hereinbelow reserved:
