THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on June 14, 1979,
on the Motion to Quash Process and Service of Process and
to Abate Action for Lack of Jurisdiction filed by Defendant,
Port St. Lucie Republican-Club, and the Court having heard
the argument of counsel and finding that the Defendant,
Port St. Lucie Republican Club, as an unincorporated asso-
ciation, has no legal existence and cannot be sued as an
entity, it is hereupon
! ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the action against the
Port St. Lucie Republican Club is hereby abated for lack of
