Court for the Court's consideration as to a contract to purchase
}
real estate which is an asset of the above estate, which paxcel
is Lot 10, Block 250, Section 6, Port St. Lucie, and would show
unto the Court that the estate has contracted with Jack L. Webb
to sell the real property for $52,500.00 subject to Court approval
l
as per the attached document. The Personal Representative would
further~shaw unto this Court that it would be in the best interests
of the Estate~to sell this property as soon as possible due to the
fact that it is vacant and the proceeds can. be used to close
'j
the estate; and would further show unto the Court that the only
i
other heir. at law of the decedent besides the Personal Representative,
the Estate of Thomas Donovan, deceased, through its counsel of ~
` i
record has agreed to this sale as per the attached Stipulation.
~ WHEREFORE, the Personal Representative for the above {
estate petitions this Court for approval of the aforesaid contract
.with Jack L. Webb to convey the Port St. Lucie real estate in

this estate to him as per the contract set forth in the attached
