undersigned counsel of record, being the only other heir at
law of the above decedent other than the Personal Representative
of this Estate, Margaret M. Martin, hereby stipulates and consents
to the contract to purchase Lot 10, Block 250, Section 6, Port
St. Lucie entered into by the Estate with one Jack L. Webb for
a price of $52,500.00, and would request that this Court approve
such contract for sale ex parte. 1
