THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Defendant's,
JOSEPH IiOLOSRY, motion for temporary relief as previously filed
herein and upon hearing-the evidence presented and argument of
counsel, is is therefore, -
ORDERED that the father, JOSEPH MOLOSRY, is hereby
awarded temporary custody of the child, MICHAEL JOSEPH MOLOSRY,
and the sheriff in any respective county in the State of Florida
within which the child may be found is hereby directed to
assist in obtaining the child from any person whatsoever in whose
care or control the child might be at the time of such assistance.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this 15th day of June, 1979. -
