THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon Petitioner's Rule
To Show Cause, the parties hereto having stipulated and agreed as follows
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of PENNY BROWN, born December 31, 1962, minor child,
the sum of $25.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of
Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These pay-
. ments are to begin on the -18th day of June, 1979, and thereafter on
Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in cash,
by cashier's check or by postal money orde"r to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the

~ said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Clerk of the-Court

of Common Pleas, Room 150, Court House, Lakeside & Ontario, Cleveland,

Ohio 44113.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be and
t same is hereby continued until July 17, 1979, at 3:00 P. M.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
~ purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as
may be deemed equitable.
