Orville R. Lippert, Rt. 2, Green Forrest, County of Carroll, State

WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, for and~in consideration of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to t
her in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted ,-bargained, and sold to the
party of the second. part, his heirs; and assigns forever, all her
undivided interest in the following described land situate, lying,
and being in the City of Port Sti. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to-wit:

subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in the
plat Book 13, Page 5, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations,
