line 666.85 feet to a point of beginning,. thence continue easterly
along ~ section line 225.0 feet to a point on the West right of
way line of U.S. #1 Highway; thence run southerly along the West
right of way line 130.0 feet to a point; thence run westerly 225.0 t
feet parallel with ~ section line to a point; thence run northerly
130.0 feet parallel with West right of way line of U.S. #1 Highway
to the point of beginning.
