Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer-
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared, EARL C. WEIHER,
to me known, and being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:

1. That he was the surviving spouse of LAURA ELIZABETH
WEIHER, also known as LAURA E. (BETTY) WEIHER, who-died on October 9,
1978.
2. That he was continuously married to his deceased wife
from prior to acquisition of title to the following described property
on April 17, 1977, up to and including the date of her death on
October 9, 1978.

3. That the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, is ~
described as:
Lot 23, Block 197, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION-FOUR,
according to-the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, at pages 14A through 14G, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
