WITNESSETH: -
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN (110.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration paid by Grantee, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to
Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever the following described real
property situated, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: -
The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 930D of
Phase III of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE- CONDOMINIUM
SECTION II (the "Condominium") according to the Declara-
tion of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records..
Book 304 at Pages 1396 .through 1508 of the Public
Recor~.St. Lucie County, Florida as such Declaration
_ may have been amended by any amendments thereto
hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, .
Florida including, but not limited to, any amendment to _
add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if such .

Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor hereby.

Protective Covenants, which other matters include, but are not limited to, the
obligation to pay certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the ; ~
Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants . Grantee expressly acknowl-
edges and assumes the obllgation to pay the amounts assessed against the
Apartment under both the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants and
acknowledges that ~ "Assessments" under both the Settlwnent Stipulation and
Protective Covenants against all properties now or lier~after included within
