suance of a contract with RICHARD L. GOODWIN, d/b/a GOODWIN
AND SONS, INC., and d/b/a GOODWIN BROTHERS, lienor furnished
labor, services or materials consisting of Building Materials
and Supplies on the following described real property in

owned by JOSEPH T. NOWAK and EILEEN M. NOWAK, for a total
value of $2,593.87, of which there remains unpaid $2,593.87,
and furnished the first of the same of December 7, 1978, and
the last of the same of January 1, 1979, and that the contractor,
RICHARD L. GOODWIN, d/b/a GOODWIN AND SONS, INC., and d/b/a

. GOODWIN BROTHERS, abandoned the project on-March 21, 1979,

and that lienor served his notice to owner on January 9 ,1979, -
by Certified Mail; and to the contractor RICHARD L. GOODWIN,
d/b/a GOODWIN AND SONS, INC., and d/b/a GOODWIN BROTHERS on
