BEFORB ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
ELLWOOD E. SHIELDS, who first being duly sworn on oath deposes
and says as follows:
1. That your Affiant's name is ELLWOOD E. SHIELDS.
2. That your Affiant has personal knowledge that
EMILIE WEISS and FREDERICK F. WEiSS were married to each other
when they purchased the property described in that certain
Warranty Deed recorded in O. R. Book 248, Page 405 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and were con-
tinuously married until the day of ~t,~,n ~ , -
19~, which is the date of the death of FREDERICK F. WEISS.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish
for the record that EMILIE WEISS and FREDERICK F. WEISS were

continuously married until the death of FREDERICK F. WEISS.
That this Affidavit is in lieu of an Affidavit of Continuous
