KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Kenneth R. Drew and
Evelyn L. Drew, his wife dated March 22 i9 72 ,and recorded
' in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 200 on page
2415 ,securing the Payment of the sum of Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred and no/100--------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by sai~ mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the afores id County to
cancel the same of record.
