NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one ddlar and other good and valuable consideration

HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit clsim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lain of said mortgage, and every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lain or incumbranoe of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
