EXHIBIT NUMBER ONE
TO ORDER OF TAKING
RESERVING, HOk'EVER, unto FLORIDA POWER ~ LIGHT COMPANY,
successors and assigns, an aerial easement, in perpetuity over, and
across PARCEL NO. 103, which is more particularly described on
page 2 of this Order of Taking, commencing at a height above the
natural surface equal to the minimum clearance requirement for
electric facilities as specified by applicable state and/or federal
safety codes, regulations, and statutes in force as of the date of
deposit pursuant to this Order of Taking, for the construction,
operation, and maintenence of cables, conduits, and appurtenant
equipment to be installed from time to time; with the right to
reconstruct, improve, add to, change the size of, or remove such
facilities or any of them, to permit the attachment of conduits,
wires, or cables_of any other Company or person; also, to cut,
trim, and keep clear all trees,. brush, and undergrowth or other
obstruction that might endanger or interfere with said facilitiP _
