PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
Estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, EDWARD A. DENT, a `resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on May 16, 1978, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on August 9, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Petition for Family Adminis-
tration and as sole legatee, waives final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
to the Personal Representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers
or other agents employed by the Personal Representative is set forth
~ in Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required Estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Revenue of
the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed t~rith this Court
evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligation for both
Federal and Florida Estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner proposes to make distribution to Petitioner
as set forth in her Petition for Family Administration. _
7. No other persons have any interest in this proceeding.
