PETITION
Comes now the Personnal Representative, by and through
his undersigned attorney and respectfully petitions the
Court as follows:
1. All claims against the estate have been paid.
2. Distribution of the Estate has been done in full
compliance with the Will of the Decedent.
WHEREFORE, the Personal Representative respectfully
requests that he be released from this Courts order of
November 29, 1978 and that he be allowed to Enter a
Waiver of Final Accounting and that the Personal Representative

be discharged.
