The petitioner, RICHARD M. ROMIG, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the appointed personal representative in the domiciliary
proceedings in and for Westmoreland County, State of
Pennsylvania, authenticated copies of which proceedings
are attached hereto and made a part hereof. Petitioner's
name and address are Richard M. Romig, 3069 Mintwood Drive,
Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania 15068, and the name and address

of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at~the end of
this petition.

2. Decendent, FRANCIS C. ROMIG, whose last known
address was 2555 Leechburg Road, City of Lower Burrell,
Pennsylvania, whose age was fifty-five (55) and whose
social security number is 192-07-1447 died on March 13, -
l:,!~?1 at Bay Village, Ohio, at the time of death decedent
~ was domiciled in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
