the parties; and it appearing to the Court that the parties have
been able to effectuate an adjustment of their interests in this
matter in the form of a Settlement Agreement filed herein; and the
Court being fully advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same
is hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
