• PARTIAL RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT
1~lOW ALL MBN BY TRBSE PRESENTS: That the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE
is holder of a certain Assignment of Contracts executed by POKEY PINES, INC.,
a Florida Corporation, bearing date the 22nd day of July, A.D., 1975, recorded
in Official Records Book 242, pages 428-429, in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing that certain note
in the principal sum of Oae Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars, and -
certain promises and obligations set forth in said 'Assignment of Contract upon
the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Tract 20, Block A, Pony Pines, Unit 1,
Plat Book 17, Page 3, St. Lucie County, FL.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said Assignment of Contract
and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of said Circuit

Court to cancel the same of record.
