by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 29th day of June A.D.1978 .and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Record Book 289 Page 2300 granted and conveyed unto
StNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION F/K/A CITIZENS SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION
and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the:
sum of (S16,500.00) Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and no/100ths - - - - - - - -

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said
PAUL E. JACQUIN and CHERYL A. JACQUIN, his wife,
requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION F/K/A CITIZENS SERVICE CORPORATION, A
FLORIDA CORPORATION to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
rortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
liOtiJ, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION F/K/A CITIZENS
SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, as well in consideration of the premises.
as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in
hand paid by the said
PAUL E.•~JACQUIN.and CHERYL A. JACQUIN, his wife,
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgage unto the said
PAUL E. JACQUIN and CHERYL A. JACQUIN, his wife,
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 9, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT ONE, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in ,Plat Book 10, Page 51, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AID TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
PAUL E. JACQUIN and CHERYL A. JACQUIN, his wife,
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
a nortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, al+~ays, nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained shall in. anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
