as one of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated March 31, 1978, filed
March 31, 1978 and recorded in Official Records Book 284, Page 1317 of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida wherein the following described property was con-
veyed : ~
Lot 7, Block 8, SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 1, as
j per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, Page 17 of _
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
THAT she is .also one and the same person as the ISABEL GLASNER who appears
as one of the Mortgagors in that certain Mortgage dated April 12, 1978, filed April 18,
~ 1978 and recorded in Official Records Book 285, Page 791 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
